Perks of Autumn

How beautifully leaves grow old. How full of light and color are their last days. ― John Burroughs

And when November arrived brought autumn with it...  I thought that I was missing completely this favorite season of mine. October was fleeting and in a sense a bit awkward it never really felt that Autumn was there so I am happy to at least have some time now to take pleasure of it. There’s nothing like walking on a rainy autumn day, to observe the colorful leaves having their last dance till the soil and to enjoy our deer friends at the park, always keen for some carrot branches.
